AGFA APX 25 Some interesting shots of Boston

You can have a bit of fun with B&W film and colour filters.
This shot of the stump is shot using AGFA APX25 which has sadly no longer made.
A red25 filter and a poleriser is used here to creat the night by day effect, rather striking?

Twown Bridge as seen through a 105mm lens

Masonic Hall Boston what a find in Boston AGFA APX25

Crane working at the sluce bridge, the 28mm lens really streatches the shot.

Some Street stuff

1934 Leica III/5cm-f3.5 Elmar in hand and a roll of FP4 it was off to Boston for some street stuff.
The FP4 was developed in 1:25 Rodinal which gives plenty of grain!
The Elmar is a 1933 lens and is uncoated which gives more contrast.

Lincoln Nikon FM 28mm f3.5 Kodak Plus-X Pan

I have owned a Nikon F2 Photomatic for a while now I liked it so much I bought a used Nikon FM.
It weighs less than the F2 But my only Grumble is you can't change the Focusing screens I like the Type E screen.
So it was off to Lincoln one weekend...
As the sun was out on this day this allowed me to use a 125 asa film.
I got a real bargin 60m of out of date Kodak Plus-X Pan from the states for £25! it has been cold stored all its life and is just fine.
The film is developed in Kodak D76 Stock for 5.5 Mins.

I Have not shot much 120 film lately.
I recently purchased a Voigtlander Brillant for 99p of ebay, It has the compur rapid shutter and a 75mm F3.5 Voigtar lens. I gave the lens and shutter a clean and gave it a try at the weekend.
